Packages

Smart-home packages with clear scope, clean installation, and documented handoff.

Keystone Home Systems offers package-based smart-home installs for entry security, lighting, cameras, sensors, automation, network infrastructure, and larger home technology plans.

The goal is to avoid vague device-by-device guessing. Each package gives the project a clear starting point, defined scope, and a system that can be supported after installation.

Smart Lock

Add or configure a smart lock with user access, app control, and basic handoff.

Door / Window Sensor Pack

Add contact sensors for alerts, automation triggers, or entry-state visibility.

Motion / Occupancy Sensor

Add motion or occupancy sensing for lighting, notifications, or room-based automation.

Smart Switch / Dimmer

Add smart lighting control using wall switches, dimmers, or compatible lighting hardware.

Thermostat Integration

Connect a compatible thermostat into the larger home control system.

Network Access Point

Improve Wi-Fi coverage where smart-home reliability depends on stronger connectivity.

PoE Switch / Camera Infrastructure

Support cleaner wired camera and network device installs using power over Ethernet.

Custom Dashboard

Create a cleaner control view for the devices, rooms, and routines that matter most.

Advanced Automation Pack

Build additional routines after the core system is stable and documented.

How the process works

The process is built to keep projects scoped, testable, and easier to hand off after the installation is complete.

Step 01

Walkthrough

Keystone reviews your current setup, goals, network condition, device locations, and the problems you want solved.

Step 02

Package recommendation

You get a clear recommendation for Secure Entry, Everyday Control, Whole-Home Core, or Blueprint based on the actual project.

Step 03

Scope and install

The install scope is defined before work begins, including devices, exclusions, assumptions, and change-order triggers.

Step 04

Validation and handoff

Devices are tested, automations are checked, names are cleaned up, and the system is documented for future support.

Optional support plans

Smart-home systems need occasional maintenance. Support plans are optional and can be added after installation.

Keystone Care Basic

$49/mo

Remote troubleshooting, quarterly system check, firmware/update review, and backup verification.

Keystone Care Plus

$99–$149/mo

Priority support, minor automation edits, annual system review, and device health reporting.

Keystone Care Pro

Custom

For larger homes, builder clients, multi-property clients, and scheduled on-site support blocks.

Support plans are for smart-home maintenance, troubleshooting, and system updates. They are not alarm monitoring, emergency response, or life-safety monitoring services.
